Screamer Mountain

"The pastels were done quickly compared to his emotionally exhausting oils, In his studio "thrusting out into the elements" overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, he is so influenced by the elements that he says, "if you put them in a chronological order, the pastels would probably document the weather -- the blues and grays on rainy days and the yellows on sunny  days."
